Or Maybe a Presti/Morey type? We can list good and bad GMs all day.

Walsh was a good GM but not even he made draft night deals even though he called it westbrook and curry were must pick draft choices. There is no list because Knicks just don't do draft night trades even though they have damn good scouts.

That was the case in the past but maybe with a whole new regime that can change.

No I mean like Ricky Rubio and Johnny Flynn.

Cole and Nico are very similar. Canít guard any other position. How is that Steph and Klay?

Cole and Nico are not similar. Cole is a scorer first and playmaker second. Nico is more of a traditional, pure PG. His primary game is running the offense through others. Like both players a lot, but they are different types of PG. I think their differences would complement each other.

Who you thinks going to be better in the NBA? Nico or LaMelo?
I like LaMelo's creativity and size but Nico looks NBA ready right now.

LaMelo has the upside and that's what you go for when in rebuild mode.

There is not one player in next year's draft that would make the Knicks close to a playoff team.

Let the season play out with Miller as coach and then go after someone like Uriji, my choice, or say Sam Presti, guys who know basketball as a GM. Give them 100 % control over the basketball operation with noone over their head to report to except of course the guy writing the checks.

Let them pick their own coach and their own players and go from there.

I would go with whomever the new head of basketball operations wants for the team.

LaMelo out of all the players in the draft fits the most with the Knicks or he could because he has that box office attraction that he can bring mainly because of his dad and his brother...in New York LaMelo would be in the spotlight bright lights big city but underneath that spotlight I think he could be a star in New York if drafted there

    The Knicks have:
    RJ Barrett: 19 yrs old
    Kevin Knox: 20 yrs old
    Mitchell Robinson: 20 yrs old
    Frank Ntilikina: 21 yrs old
Dennis Smith Jr: 22 yrs old

Essentially the Knicks have a college team.

Will 18 year old Lamelo Ball be the Knicks' new unicorn? Not sure. I get nervous with kids coming out of high school. Big brother Lonzo Ball is nothing special. Definitely exposed in New Orleans.
