If Mitchell goes to their FO and says I’m leaving in free agency that changes things.

Happens all the time and he’s not happy with Gobert and I’m assuming players don’t love Utah considering where else they could be headquartered.

Except that he can’t leave in FA. He’s restricted. You think Utah just going to say ok cool, where you want us to trade you?

They still have all the leverage. You and I know he won’t play out the one year QO and walk. No one does, if they are commanding a big deal

It doesn’t happen all the time with restricted FAs. Especially really good ones

    Was waiting for that response..

They were so old, that Kawhi was the third leading scorer during the season, and tied for third scoring in the playoffs. So tell me how he “carried them all by himself” again

Duncan was still good. Danny green was unreal from 3. He didn’t win by himself lmao not even close. He had more help on that team than the raptors team. Really foolish.

He was drafted by the Pacers.

San Antonio had the 29th pick.

I’m guessing that’s directed at me but I never called Booker or Ayton overrated. Actually I never commented on Ayton at all.

Career wise I expect Booker to be better than Oubre, Booker is just realizing his full potential now and should only get better, which is normal as he’s entering his prime.

Oubre is still an actual 2 way player though, defense counts for something. And the bubble as we’ve seen is a small sample size, it’s been 5 games so let’s see how things shake out before declaring Oubre overrated by me. The guy is averaging 19 ppg, 6.5 rebounds, almost a steal and a half a game, and shooting nearly 36% from three on over 5 attempts a game while being their best wing defender.
