Seems like another lottery ticket move ala the Perlini move.

Boy, Stevie keeps going to that 2014 draft well to find a gem. De La Rose and Ehn are the same player and Ehn is a year younger so no big loss here. Erne hasn't worked out yet, Perlini hasn't started out so well, why not try another guy who was talented enough to get picked in the first round. You have to give it to Steve, he's trying to spark this team. The problem is his coach couldn't spark a fire with a full open tank of propane and a lighter.

Yep, keep taking fliers on the guys with potential and in exchange all we gave up was Line 4 Center. If this were 2014 we would be going nuts having Perlini, Larkin, and Fabbri lol.

I think he will revert back to his TB days and grab someone he is familiar with from there. He has three really good choices right now sitting there in TB:

    Derek Lalonde
    Jeff Halpern
    Todd Richards

All would look nice behind the Detroit bench.

So, nice debut for Fabbri thus far: 2 PP goals!

He looks fast out there and really pushes the play. Reminded me of a line from Longest Yard:

He's So Fast He Makes Fast People Look Not Fast.
