    Updated Farm Team Records:

    Syracuse 14-25
    Binghamton 11-24
    Brooklyn 15-18
    St Lucie 26-10

(Syracuse has escaped the cellar by going a game ahead of the Yankee team in Scranton. Brooklyn is in a virtual tie with Yankee team in Hudson Valley.)

I'm more intrigued with the 20 stolen bases in 30 games played, with only 1 caught stealing.

He is a bit old at 22 for that level, however. Since SLU is no longer High A, then the next stop is Brooklyn. Still a long way from MLB. But, you never know.

I’ll say it again, Ziegler is the Mets top pitching prospect imo and is not a knock on Allen, but the kid seems to one of those smart kids who embraces analytics and puts in the work to get better and we are seeing that here.

Read the article in the link to get more info about him, 2 plus pitches already working in a third one and he hopes to add a 4th pitch soon.

I would not worry bout the high walk rates for now because is more about learning to command his new pitch right now.

Hated the Baez trade then, and it's going to be much worse than the Kelenic trade if PCA ends up being anything decent in the majors. #97 overall now. Figured he'd be top 100 soon. At least in the Kelenic trade we got Diaz and he's been really good for a solid stretch now.

When the trade was made we were still in first place. It didn't work out. But it isn't a bad trade in my opinion. He played very well here but we just didn't have enough arms. We needed to do more but I can't hate on the move.

I hated it because I hated Baez and Mets gave up something of value for a ****ing rental.

Yeah Baez is a polarizing player and he definitely didn't help the clubhouse culture, though I thought that was more on Luis Rojas having no control of the clubhouse than on him. But he was hitting well so it wasn't entirely on him that we collapsed.

I wasn't fond of giving up PCA either as I was high on him. But I did find the games way more enjoyable with Baez than before we got him
