Mets have like 5 intriguing arms that can help in the pen in the upcoming seasons.

We already saw in in Holderman, if you thinking long term set up men or even closers.

But you said a replacement for Guillemore so you're saying he's replacing that utility rolel Even outside of that Guillemore is a really really realy good baseball player. This year he has a 148 WRC (had a 145 WRC in 2020) and is a career slightly above league average hitter who's a plus plus defender that can play anywhere on the infield and again is right in his prime with tons of control.

Mauricio has more upside but he has a carrer 82 WRC in the minors...

What makes you think he SHOULD be way better.....

I meant a replacement for Guillorme as in someone who we can play all over the field. But should be better because he plays every day. Sort of like Ben Zobrist was and Marwin Gonzalez

But anyone paying attention to the season could see that the offense was so bad that no one player was going to make a WS contending difference.

It was a poor trade trading such a quality prospect for 1 shot at winning a WS when the team had so many flaws.

At the very least play JD at DH 5 times a week.

I would even give Guillorme DH time but Dom is definitely going to see some ABs. I dont believe they want to option him.

Donít think Mets call him up unless injuries to JD and Smith happen or they get dealt.
