Thereís a lot to be said, even for companies, towards having a well rested and happy workforce.

And perhaps our lives shouldnít revolve around working twice as much as we donít. In the meantime, thereís a lot we can do to make things better for the majority of we the people without crippling the economy.

And like I said, we could actually save a lot of time and money as well.

Some professions pretty much require people to work so much because they lack the people to do the job. Cops/Firefighters etc struggle to find people to do the job so many pretty much have to work that much.

Iíve seen suggestions of 4 day work weeks etc and would love to know how you would require companies to do stuff like that?

Of course special exceptions can always be carved out.

There are ways to incentivize people to join jobs. And if they canít be filled from within with proper financial incentives, then I can bet you can find people who would love to come into this country to fill those roles.

How do you require companies to employ a 4 day work week?!? I dunno there may be some legislative body out there that could make that magic possible.

Are you going to tell people they can't work when they want to?

this seems misleading at best. show these studies to support this.

studies where a majority would prefer to work okay sure, but I would bet that there are a lot of people that would rather get money for nothing/not working for it.

Seems you've acknowledged the conclusion of the study, so how is it misleading?
