Who you guys think looks like the biggest threat to us ?

My dark horse would be the Blazers. They're 10-11 deep barring injuries. RobCov and DJJ are perfect fits... and more importantly, they take away shots from Melo. Simmons, GTJ and Giles are legit backups, too.

I always see Portland as an offensive juggernaut who just can’t stop anyone defensively.

Maybe 1 game in a 7 game series they can play hard defensively, but it starts from the top.

When your franchise player (Dame) doesn’t take as much pride on the defensive end and when Stotts isn’t known for defense, you get these Portland Trailblazers.

Not sure why but what you said reminded me how perfect life would be if the Lakers eventually land Jrue Holiday... I can see the Bucks getting eliminated early again this year. At 30-31y old, Pretty sure Jrue would want to win at least 1 ring while he's at the peak of his career.

Anyway, who do you got? Just for once, tell me something I don't know yet. lol

Honestly at this point I’ll stick with KCP. He is playing great and 4-5 years younger than Jrue.

I still say the clippers (not trolling) because I’m still legit scared of Kawhi in a 7 game series.

I know how he flames out G7 in Denver. But at the end of the day, it’s still Kawhi.

LeBron flamed out against Dallas 2011, but at the end of the day it was still LeBron and he won 4 titles after that.


We can’t underestimate Kawhi.


But do I think this clipper team is better than last year’s clippers team ? ... no ... but it’s still early for both Lakers and clippers


Let’s see how the season plays out
