I hear the Padres aren't interested in in him, which is surprising given he's from SD and went to SDSU and played for Tony Gwynn.

Dats cool. I'm glad we did, though I'm not holding out hope, but we'll see.

Strasburg and Rendon have reportedly met with the Dodgers.

Obviously I want Rendon, but if we can nab Cole or Strasburg, Id be stoke if we also pulled off Donaldson

In the midst of the Indians FO saying they expect Lindor to be their opening day starter, David Vasseigh reported rumors that the Indians are eyeballing Lux, not Seager.

Hes also reported that Kluber and Lindor might be a combo package.

Now, of course Cleveland is going to say publicly that they plan to keep Lindor. Publicly stating otherwise would hurt them with the player, the fans, and likely their bargaining leverage.

However, it sounds like if they part with Lindor it will be without too much care for competing net year, but more with the intention of a rebuild with very short turnaround time.

For Lindor and Kluber, a package likely starts with Lux and Ruiz or a similar player. Also a top tier arm such as May or Gonsolin.

What would you be willing to do?

Strasburg is healthy so Dodgers aren't going to go for it.

But has a history of being prone to injury, which only has to intrigue Andy Friedman.

LOL forgot about that. Good point. He would be a great pickup though. Hope our failures recently will open up the pocket books of the owners and also realize that Kershaw is done as an ace. Especially in the playoffs.

White Sox and LA are discussing Joc, which I think it's time for him to move on. I didn't see who LA wants in return.

Good one - I don't know what you guys are worried about. You obviously don't know that Austin Barnes is coming back.

But, on a more serious and less depressing note. Could you imagine Lindor, Rendon and a big arm added for next season. That sounds effing great.

    I don't think they'll do both.
