This team without question is talented I don't take that away from y'all at all. What I'm saying is that Embiid and Simmons have got to grow up. They just have to. Period. I mean you bring in veteran leadership in Al Horford but that seemingly has made no difference especially to get y'all to that next level. If it did, y'all would be the best team in the East right now and guess what y'all ain't. Brett Brown is only part of the problem but he ain't the main problem. The main problem is urgency and not being aggressive.
i just gave you a link that explains everything statistically down to the core of it... nobody is a better duo on the court then these 2 guys and its over a span of 1300 plus minutes. Now imagine if they had shooters and we had a legit PG... brett is an awful coach and brand has put the worst team around ben and joel that he could. Think of how legit the sixers would be this year if they kept butler over horford and butler was now the point and ben was the slasher/post up/driver he has been the last 20 games?

the link also shows that the worst lineup is ben/embiid/horford together. Horford has killed out team this year.

But then when they are together, it is like they do not compliment each other's game even tho the chemistry is there. But other than that I mean the depth too from the rest of the team is also called into question.
I can't with some of you.

Fire Brett Brown and replace him with who?
Like, is there a shortage of Basketball coaches in America?

Has it not occurred to some of you that the players aren't even trying anymore?
They only put up an effort when they play in front of their fans otherwise they honestly don't care.

They are tired of the coach and his stupid basketball philosophy.

It doesnt matter with who... go listen to the jj podcast and see how insane brett brown is and how fed up butler was. The entire 10 minutes was a indictment on this organizations dysfunction and Brett Browns incompetence.

WB boys... do i really need to even say anything? Pre rona and post rona nothing has changed....

Neto just got top minutes over burks/thyb late
Burks was doing his think and barely seen the floor
we still ran embiid/horford/ben and we got destroyed for it
We NEVER NOT ONCE decided to adjust and double TJ

Dont care if its 1 game or 10... reddit 999.9 percent literally destroyed brett and his stupidity and brand and his laughable attempt all while wondering where ben simmons went per usual in the 4th... fun note... thyb held it down on TJ early..... he never guarded him again but what do you expect when he and burks and kork get 12 minutes all while neto is our pg for the 4th quarter getting damn near double their time.............................................. ............................ Get this trash *** coach out of here and just deal with this loss season.

A win is a win but man our defense has been awful. We foul to many times on defense. When it comes down to crunch time though they made a stop at the end what it mattered most.

In all fairness, no one in playing defense in these restart games. I'm seeing teams scoring 70 points in a half, 40 points in a quarter, 90 points at the end of the 3rd quarter. The spacing is more wide open because there is no fans close to the floor or under the basket. All of these games are like glorified pickup games. If you are expecting us or any other team to be the 89 Pistons or something in today's NBA then you are dreaming. You just got make buckets to win these games and hope you can make key stops towards the end.

I also think defense is more high energy feed off the crowd than most people think. It's hard to muster it up when there's no reactions. On top of that most these guys didn't work on defense when they were quarantining because they couldn't really practice that easily.

I went to the channel and it said it is blacked out in my area because i live in philly... its basically the **** that would happen if you had direct tv or anything not named comcast like 10 years ago and lived in philly and your team was home.

The game was on the usual channel 847 (Comcast/NBC Sports) for me. The program info wasn't updated to show the game (it said American Ninja Warrior at one point) but the game WAS on as usual.

A buddy of mine texted me the same thing last night. He couldn't find the game until I told him to ignore the Comcast channel lineup. Tip: Always check 847, first, when the Sixers are on. By "check" I mean actually put the channel on your TV.

Also, even though this forum is dead (compared to The Process era) it feels good to be back.
