    Gleyber!!!
We’re pointing out that these statistics breed false narratives, and we value the truth. This isn’t about replacing old numbers with new numbers, or attempting to dissuade anyone from enjoying the aesthetics of the game. It is simply about telling the average fan about the reality of what actually happened on the field. The “Holy Trinity” of baseball statistics fail at this most basic task, and so they are not worth deifying any longer. - Dave Cameron

When you just need contact and not necessarily a home run, I'd rather have Romine up. Haven't looked up his and Gary's k stats but I'd guess Romine's is about half of Sanchez'. That's why.

I am good with Cash letting Didi walk and slotting Gleyber in at Short and DJ at 2B.

Andujar can play 3rd....who cares.....let's hit 400 HRs next season.

Our pitching is a complete disaster. It’s mind boggling.

In a moment of sobriety here....Romine is an amazing role player on this team. I love him.

He usually comes through and he is solid behind the dish.

    Man should get maximum respect.

    Montero....Pudge...McCann...Gary.....

Tons of guys move through the Catcher role....and Romine is just there...doing his thing, solid as a rock.

    Love him.
