Instead he's 1 spot behind retired Andrew Luck.

    Luck vs. Wilson

When Luck un-retires, he slides back in ahead of Wilson. If I had to win a game right now, once Brees gets healthy, I'd take both Brady and Brees over Wilson.

That's not exactly a knock on Wilson lol. And no, an unretired Luck would have to earn his place again. He'd be just outside of the top 10 imo.

I'm not sure if those are tiers but Minshew should be in the same tier as Daniel Jones. In fact, he should be ahead. Really impressive stuff so far.

Fair point on Minshew. It worked out where they are groupings.
The veterans list is sort of etched in stone.
I suspect that the young guys, particularly after the top 5, will see big movements week to week.

    Watson over Mayfield.

Both guys the same age (Deshaun a little younger). Baker has more picks and came into the league later. The Knock on Watson coming into the league was accuracy and turnovers. After his rookie season he has taken care of the ball quite well and hasn't forced the issue, which was a concern in his latter college career. He has learned to tone it down.

Baker has a bigger gun slinger mentality so he will turn the ball over more. He has better protection but I don't know, give Watson the same protection and I think he has even better digits to his solid ones tight now.

Watson's better than Mayfield in everything except one - leadership. I see Baker as a guy who is going to carry Cleveland on his back due to sheer force of will. I don't see much of a fire lit under Houston.

Watson is a different kind of leader (Quiet and Humble like Tim Duncan, Troy Polamalu types) and he is loved by his mates and organization.

Mayfields personality is media friendly cause he likes to stir the pot. Mayfield is more hype vs. substance. Many people/fans people gravitate towards his brashness. People can also gravitate to the guy who is the strong silent type, that leads by example.

What kind of light do you want under the team? Both franchises are 2-2.

So far, Houston has floundered under Watson. Not that he's responsible for that, he's good. On the other hand, the fact remains that they've floundered.

If you remember the old baseball manager, Billy Martin. Mayfield appears to be one of those. Martin, time and again, took floundering baseball teams and made them contenders. The downside was that his act wore out after a couple of years and he kept getting fired once he wore out his welcome. Mayfield looks to me like a Billy Martin type. After years of doing nothing, he's exactly what Cleveland needs right now. It will be interesting to see how things go for him in the long run.

So far it looks like Chubb is the leader on that team.

How Chubb goes so goes the Cleveland offense

Chubb's performance is a big key to the offense.
The question is does Mayfield have anything to do getting Chubb going?
