He is responsible for a lot of the current talent on the Chiefs (was their GM until 2017) and there's no denying he added a lot of talent to the Browns in the last 2 years. The guy knows how to draft and manage the cap.

Count me in on John Dorsey if it ever becomes an option.

He screwed up the Kitchens hire. And word around Cleveland was he only hired him so he could micromanage everything.

There's a reason that locker room sucked so terribly.

The other side to Dorsey is he's apparently kind of a dick.

He's obviously a great talent evaluator though. That's the point I was trying to make. IDK, it doesn't have to be him specifically, but I'm just ready for another GM. I really don't know who else worthwhile is going to be available a year from now.

Probably but a well-run organization would have not hired Kitchens in the first place especially with the expectations that organization was facing heading into 2019. Cleveland got what they paid for.
    Screw sabermetics.

I'm just curious, how many of them were thugs again? lol

You're absolutely right. The guy does have an eye for talent. He overlooks character, but I know it's not cool to bring up that subject when it comes to professional athletes.

I don't know, Dorsey had a complete different culture around him in KC. In Cleveland, he actually hired Freddie Kitchens as a HC. Would you want him to hire Kitchens as the next Chicago Bears HC??

All GMs have had their flaws one time or another.

Just came here to say Deshaun Watson is the most overrated QB in the league.

I think he's closer to Trubisky than he is to Mahomes. Such a disgrace that they put those two in the same category.

Meh, I disagree. He's good. He's a franchise qb imo.

Playing poorly against this Bills d is pretty normal.

Well, watson ended up with a solid game and essentially won it.

May end up losing because if buffalo can get a game winning drive here but that doesn't seem very likely

He has like 160 yards. Two solid drives donít make up for basically a whole game of dog ****.

Josh Allen might be as bad as Mitch.
