Barr and Alexander are practicing today. Hopefully they will be ready to bring it on Sunday.

I'm not exactly sure which team we'll get here. This Bears defense is going to give us fits and I hope they have a good plan in place to keep Kirk from getting killed. I'm not confident we will win this game, winning on the road against a good team is tough. Though I do like our new running game so there is hope we can get that established. If I had to bet, I would say we lose this game 17-13.

My non homer thought is lose road division games , win home division games.

Lions might be the exception but even they're undefeated.

17-13 sounds about right either way.

    Stole? lol

Blams how is your guys confidence in Trubisky? An outsider looking in I think you guys can win with him but he is limited in what he can do. I feel the Bears and Vikes are in the same boat to an extent with QB play. I do feel Cousins is a better pure thrower with Mitch the better athlete and able to make throws outside of the pocket.

IMO this game will be decided between our OL and the Bears front 7. I don't have a lot of faith in winning that match up. The Bears don't have a good offense either so this won't be a high scoring game. If we can't at least stale mate their DL then Cook isn't going anywhere. No Cook means we have to rely more on Kirk. Relying on Kirk to win you games usually ends up with a loss. I'll say 23-16 Bears.

Kirk looked good in the Raiders game, but those are the games he always looks good in. This is the type of game where he needs to step up and stop ****ing the bed.

Yeah I've become a full time igt thief!

I do not have confidence in Trubisky but this defense might be so insane we just need him to dilfer it to have a chance to win something.

I think he's lacking upstairs lol

My opinion tends to lean towards extreme pessimist on him, though. Probably due to my undying love for smokin' jay

Akiem Hicks could be a game-time decision. The Bears D is still elite, even without him, but his absence would be a big boost to our run game.

Last year we lost in Chicago by 5 in a game where Cousins and Diggs had largely good games, but Kirk had 2 picks......and lost 24-10 in MN when Cousins and Diggs did nearly nothing.........in neither game did we do much at all rushing.

Therefore, to me, if Cook can have even a decent day running, we should be able to have a decent day passing....then it's just a matter of minimizing mistakes. I mean Green Bay did next to nothing offensively 2 weeks ago and still won.

Hicks being out could be a big problem for the bears defense. The athleticism is there still...but Cook is a stud.

Cook definitely is a stud but 2 of the 3 opponents have been the Falcons and Raiders. Both stink against the run. Outside of the 75 yard TD he went 19 for 79 against GB. I donít envision the Bears giving up any long runs like that, even if Hicks is out. Goldman, Mack, and Floyd will give our OL plenty of headaches on their own.

This game may end up being disgusting to watch. If Cook is limited then the offense will fall on Kirkís shoulder. The Bears run game hasnít really gotten into a groove yet. This game could come down to Kirk vs Trubisky. Whoever sucks less will win lol I expect a lot of turnovers this Sunday.

it could also come down to which defense produces the most points and positive field position.......or be an old fashioned snot knocker that ends 9-6

now watch it turn into a shootout
    gotta love 'referential' treatment
