Great team guy ... don't know how much his game has fallen off or how his health will be ... but if he's good physically this is a very big pickup.

Yeah, I don't think it's a move that will move the needle in a huge way, but the Rockets were desperately thin at the forward spots and needed another competent 3 and D guy who could play the 3 aside from House. The fact that he's played with Harden and Westbrook before and brings a veteran presence to the locker room can only be a positive as well.

I still don't know that I'm 100% behind the Paul for Westbrook swap, but I can't complain too much about the rest of their offseason moves. I liked the Gordon extension and the quality veterans they've signed on team-friendly contracts.

didn't even know he played still

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

He was with the Jazz the past two years. hurt his MCL i believe 2 years ago and wasn't really healthy this past year. should be an ok 3 and D guy for them as long as his age hasn't caught up to him.

This. IF he can move close to like he used to then he's a good vet min pickup ... if not, then he's just a wasted roster spot.
