We suck against good breaking pitch pitchers.

If you are the Brewers, who are you rooting for in this series?

    Brewers are about to win.

Brewers are certainly rooting for the Cardinals.

A Cardinal sweep, and they are pretty much guaranteed to make the playoffs. Cub sweep, and it's 50/50.

GIDP scores a run. Sucks that kind of killed the inning. Felt like a good opportunity to pad a lead. But, a run scored, so at least the ball was put in play.

I cannot believe Carpenter hasnt figured out how to get back to his normal self. Is he injured or what? His swing just looks way off.

You realize he's been amazing for the last month, right?

    Since 8/17 - .296/.409/.500 - 141 wRC+

That's better than his career slash, and the best on the team.

I don’t like FLahrety racking up extra pitches here… We need him arrested in the playoffs. There is no point with a three run lead to not use the pen
