I know this is Denver, but why why was Conforto so deep against a guy with no power to the opposite field?

1-2 you throw the pitcher a fastball? Matz is a dumbass.

That ball in the dirt was what the pitcher should have gotten.

Well, it is Denver so a 3 run lead in the 4th means nothing.

Watching both the Mets and the Jets is driving me crazy. Jets season looks over before really into the season. Mets tonight get a lead and typical style no lockdown inning after 4-1. To top it off as Insaid last night and many times before a pitcher 0-44 with two strikes swinging at anything yet Matz meltdown and he throws fat pitch. Again no throw in the dirt. Plus followed by typical Matz further meltdown fir HR.

Was hoping that Matz had turned a corner, but I don't think he'll ever change. He doesn't have it upstairs to be a higher echelon pitcher. Conforto has also sh&t the bed when we needed him.

I would package both of them and see what we could get back. I don't think either one would come up big in a big spot. We need more gamers.
