I do t think the philosophy is weak, we drafted weak. You can tell because we were the only top ten offense that didnít have an actually good wr. Examples:
We needed passrush bad and drafted Ferrell instead of a sack specialist like Allen(who got 10.5 sacks rookie year).
    Or
Drafted Conley instead of tradavius white.
    Or
Drafting Joseph instead of Chris Jones, xavian Howard or miles jack.
    Or
Ruggs and arnette instead of jeudy(877 yards in only 14 games) or Kenneth Murray! Or Winfield,
    Or
Lynn Bowden and muse instead of anybody else in that round. Like Malik Harrison, gallimore, highsmith, pride. Any one

Bad drafting in the early rounds except Miller and moehrig

I do agree that we are in the same place now as last season. No matter who we have at WR, Carr will not let a play develop. As long as there are defenders in the area, the ball will go to the turf, out of bounds or into the stands. Receivers have to be wide open, or no QB pressure for him to perform. Guy would be lethal with a 5 alligator count
So why does he complete 70 percent of his passes but also averaged 7.9 yards per pass?
Which was 4th in the nfl. Tied with mahommes. And he didnít have adams, Jefferson, theilan or hill to throw to either.

When they start giving out statistic Superbowl trophy's, I'll get excited. Carr doesn't get the job done when it matters most. Maybe a participation award would suit you.

We should have extended him already. The longer we wait the more it is going to cost.

Either they're working on the math, or they're still not sure if he's the qb of the future. The Aaron Rogers. Russell Wilson crap doesn't help.

Don't get me started on who has a better grasp. Just refer to my signature for reference.

Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl. It doesnít mean he is a good qb. Lol

So in your book Trent dilfer is a better qb than Dan Marino?

Ok if there is a team who has a top 10 offense. Maybe the problem isnít the offensive. Maybe?

And if you have the 30th ranked defense itís a qb problem. According to you

Makes sense. Thatís like your getting an A- in science and an F in History. But you decide to get a new Tudor in science. Lol

We donít get a passrush. Carrís fault.

    Corners canít cover. Carrís fault.

Safeties blow assignments. Carr did it.

Dts canít get to the qb. Carr should have sacked more qbs.

Lbs miss tackles. Carr should have been playing weak side lb. lol

So all we need is the best defense in the league and a working knowledge of our opponents playbook?

BtwÖthat comment indicates you understand that Carr isnít good.

I would say that comment indicates that he thinks Carr is more like a Marino and less like a Dilfer.

If I had to have a QB for 12 years and the choice was Marino or Dilfer I would take Marino... even if he has less super bowls.

Iíd take Marino over Eli Manning even with Eli having 2.

Iíd take Carr over Eli and Dilfer as well.

Cart is somewhere between Eli Manning and Dan Marino... might end up being a better Marino when itís all said and done.

Both are players with tools and skill sets that can compete at the highest level of the position, but neither that can solo carry a team with a bottom 10 defense year after year, and terrible WR options for his entire career.

Iím 90% sure that this is just a long troll because there are a very small group of people who watch this sport and think Carr is a problem when talking about the Raiders.

Most observant people who know the game can see a mismanaged, poorly drafted, and poorly coached/developed defense.

Darn it Meg, The House of Tudor which included Henry VII and VIII, Edward VI, Mary I and Elizabeth I ruled the Kingdom of England (+ Wales and the Lordship of Ireland) from 1485-1603. The Tudors would more than likely fall under the category of History rather than science. I am not sure how the Tudors did in the field of science, but I'd bet some of them were into astrology or maybe even had a passing interest in alchemy. LOL indeed.
