Your happy with that win? You must have low standards. We should be in the playoffs. Secondly only reason we won was due to vic fangio my gosh that man is out of control. The position it too much for him.

Thatís nearly 30 pts/game. I am amazed that we managed to win 8 games.

The losses were blowouts, the wins were white-knucklers.

Five of the worst seasons were Dennis Allen and Jon Gruden.

And Dennis Allen is a very competent DC in NOLA....

I can't believe this thread... this re-tread, I should say... is still plowing along.

Let's put a little context here... The Rams have a great/solid defense (3rd in point allowed 19.3 and rush D, and tops in the league in passing D.) Their QB is Jered Goff... his cap number for 2021 is 34.625M. and the Rams are going to the playoffs with a 10-6 record.

    Let's compare their stats.
    GOFF - 4,303yds, 407 of 599 - 67.9%, 7.2ypa, 20TD/13ints, 268.9ypg, QB rating 90.0.. salary next year = 34.625M
    CARR - 4,103yds, 348 of 517 - 67.3%, 7.9ypa, 27TD/9ints, 256.4ypg, QB rating 101.4.. salary next year = 22.125M

The Rams would kill to have a QB like Carr on their roster.

The Atlanta Falcons have a really good QB in Matt Ryan, they finished 4-12. The Houston Texans have Deshaun Watson, they finished 4-12. Detroit has Matthew Stafford - they finished 5-11. Yeah... but but but, their defenses aren't that great, that's why they have bad records. right?

    Salaries for 2021 - Stafford - 31M, Matt Ryan - 40.9M, Deshaun Watson (Rookie contract) 15.9M.

    But they're all winners right?

It's a testament to how good a season the offense actually had. I doubt you'll find many teams in NFL history who gave up 30+ ppg who managed .500 or better.

Not just the Rams. I can think of several teams right off the bat who'd be lining up for DC if he were available. Some are even in the playoffs.

Lmao at everyone stoked to have a guy that is second only to his brother as a loser.

Every year itís a different excuse. Win column doesnít lie. History doesnít give a crap about losers. This fan base is weak after decades of mediocrity.

    Carr is a *****.

Without the gifts from Williams and Fangio we would be 6-10 after starting 6-3 and standing toe to toe with the Chiefs. We should have lost to the Jets and Denver. I appreciate the players didn't quit in either game and were able to pull out a win, but as usual this organization is a dumpster fire.

And some fans deliriously think that a great QB is about to magically appear out of a lamp and... fix the defense.

Even a great defense does not equate to a ball sack on a soft qb thatís as soft as his current fan base.

Thatís the real solution, although I get Markís initial approach. Heís going to have to learn the hard way, but I think we will get there after we get past Gruden.
