Hes a good play maker but not a good passer not even close. I dont think hes serious i think hes playing. One may not like Lebron but some things you just cant deny.

Richard Jefferson sums it up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dsruAdsJGMU Kobe, Kyrie, Durant are on the books for breaking up championship teams because they were not the main guy even if they played a significant key role.

IMO what Kobe proved is it takes talent and being in the right situation. You just cant get around that this is a team sport. I think that is something he learned. It was difficult just to make the playoffs and had to demand the team trade him or get him some more talent. One they found in Pau. He recently said it takes 2 or 3 stars to win.

all this is coming from Kobe himself and this should no longer be a debate.

I think he may have even lost Caruso with his “ he’s not close to one of the best passers in the league” comment. With every statement concerning Lebron, he’s seems to distance himself from humanity. His bias is impressively otherworldly.

I think LeBron is a pretty good passer.

He's not as good as Caruso, but he's still pretty good.

To be honest i think Caruso is a better fit than Rondo. I think Rondo became the odd man out when Cousins got hurt. Rondo remain the best play making PG on the team however which gives him a shot to earn playing time if he works well with a unit.

Lol dude, seriously you have no idea what you're talking about. ldawg is the only person on this thread who has come close to agreeing with you. I'm mostly the only one who seems to respond to your nonsensical posts about LBJ. Don't take my word for it, go back and see how many posts I've made about LBJ and how many people on here agree. Even in our discussions posters on here have agreed. It seems most kind of see you as a bit of a troll who is actually a little disconnected from reality. This is a laker forum not an LBJ forum. Most Laker fans see him for what he is (as do most people who actually know about basketball)...a great player who is nevertheless overrated. But, I've already explained why and I won't derail the thread by explaining it all over again.

Lol LBJ is on the books for breaking up a championship team as well by that logic. Oh and most of the great players who played with or against them who have gone on record about this take kobe. Wade even hinted at taking kobe over LBJ. Go ask shaq about his position. Bottom line, Kobe won 5 without having to take shortcuts, LBJ has won 0. I agree that it's not a debate (and for the record I wasn't the one who brought this up here): Kobe > LBJ (I've explained why many times; won't continue to do so. Your inability to comprehend basic logic is not my issue).

Not sure why this was even brought up here though since it wasn't a thread about kobe vs. lbj. At least stick to the topic of the thread and try to convince everyone that we should add carmello lol

So because you found some fringe articles that makes LBJ the best passer in the league?? Learn to read what I actually write. I never said LBJ wasn't a good passer. I said he's not the best passer in the league. I actually explicitly said that he was a good passer. Note how even in those articles you found (which are not difficult to write, as many in here could if they wanted to) LBJ is ranked behind players presently in the league. Heck, one article you posted has Rondo ahead of LBJ so by that logic LBJ isn't even the best passer on his own team, let alone the entire league.

I think he's a good passer too, I just don't think he's the best passer in the league. I think LBJ's a great passing sf...when pgs are included in the conversation I think he's more of a good passer compared to them.

Kobe shortcut was Shaq. There is no Koke > Lebron. Both players are great in their own way and have proved to to win titles as the best player on their team when being surrounded by the right players and being in the right situation. What one would be saying is which player they prefer not better. Lebron has won 0, i dont know what you mean by that? If one is going by stats Lebron surpass kobe in many ways. I would give kobe the edge on Will power(drive) if thats a thing, overall skills like his fade away pump fake hanging in air etc and defense. Some of which Lebron dont need to do to score.

Kobe will power and scoring mentality will make him shoot the ball no mater what even if its 4 on 1 this is something Lebron was criticize for not having in the clutch moments hes going to make the Basketball play over forcing it.

Remember When Phill try to make Kobe the facilitator for the team? Well thats the huge difference between the two players. One has a scorer/defensive mentality the other Scorer/play making mentality.

I've said that many times before. You don't have to look very far to find people who think he's in the top 10, but not top 5. Whether people think he's #9 or 8 or 7 is kind of a moot point. The point is that they don't agree with you
