I agree. We need Ruggs! We need someone who will strike fear in defenses. Now if we can get just get Ruggs and Burrow

    Raiders War Room 2020 Edition

Ruggs might be the fastest man Iíve seen on a football field in my life.

Shenault, IMO, is Julio Jones lite.

Shot ourselves in the foot? You mean blew it off with a bazooka from 3Ē inches away.

But we redeemed ourselves by taking Quintin Moses in the 3rd.

I feel like thereís a good chance we donít draft a WR early next year. I gotta feeling that zay is going to show heís a solid WR. With all the young WRs we have... might just let them play.

I like Jones and even if he has a good rest of season not sure I would pass on a WR like Ruggs or Shenault because of that.

Donít know that I would either... but if Jones plays equivalent to what Williams gives us. And Renfrow/doss look like they can contribute... then might not be a big need. Especially if our TEs keep improving

A lot of ifs... but still a lot of games to play this year.

Teams need a number 1 receiver that forces double coverage. it can be a TE or WR in some cases possibly a RB but if you don't have someone who forces the D to over commit coverage it makes protection much harder. NE are seeing this at the moment. We can't expect to run max max protection (9 men protecting on a completion in Bears game) and get 1 pass receiver open on a regular basis. At some point we need to open this offence up and risk more sacks. That point will come at Green Bay or Houston very likely if we get behind. I'm hoping we take the ball first and score every week from now on as thats the formula for us that works most effectively

We have to go WR in 1st round next year. Our WR core is serviceable right now at best, but their ceiling are some of these top prospects floor.
