I wonder why they decide to run this race right in the middle of NFL's opening Sunday.

I don't disagree, it just seems silly to me that they're going to have the race at that time when you have plenty of Colts fans that would rather not go to the race and watch football.

I gotcha, just saying when nobody goes or watches they could have it on Christmas morning and it wouldn't change ratings or attendance much

Actually, the race this year at Michigan that was rained out till Monday night did really well in the ratings. It led some to talk about during the NFL season, moving some races to say a Tuesday night.

Michigan isn't Indy... Indy has been a disaster for a few years now

NASCAR doesnít belong on that track. I get the prestige and whatnot but the racing sucks outside of the restarts. And they arenít going to make changes to the track to make the racing better.

With that said Iíll still watch it lol. Specially since the packers already played lol

Missing the playoffs might be thr best thing that can happen to Jimmie, can focus on winning and not points racing. Car has had speed the past couple weeks.

With that being said... 4 laps to clean up debris on a 2.5 mile track? To end the stage?
