Huh. Wonder why Landry is getting paid so much...

Hmm, couldn't seem to get it to show up properly.

Edit: stuff like this is why it is hard to take "player safety" seriously. Why doesn't he sit out a game whether suspended or not for this hit, that he admitted was dirty, if he cares about player safety? Why don't his teammates, if they care about player safety, prevent him from taking the field? Why doesn't the NFLPA suspend him?

People like to whine about the league policies on this sort of thing (no flag on that hit and no fine, did admit it should have been a flag) but the league is the last "person" who should be responsible for policing this stuff.

If PLAYER safety is a PLAYER concern then the PLAYERS association needs to man up and get involved.

[Hughes] Adam Gase asked if he’s ever been this big of an underdog before — the #Patriots are 23-point favorites. “I’m sure. I coached in Detroit for five years”

Bottom of the league. That Titans game was so difficult to watch.
The Baker has come. Believe the hype.

This looked weird to me, seemed too high to really be an average. There are lots of short yardage 3rd down situations and it feels like those should drag it down lower. Not saying it is wrong, just feels weird.

Anyway, it pairs well with 3rd down conversion:

Cowboys at #1 with almost 62%. Titans behind MIAMI at 15%?!?

People were excited about the Titans after week 1... but... that doesn't bode well for them.

Elway says that the NFL refs admitted that they were "Dead wrong" when throwing the flag on Bradley Chubb for roughing the passer on the final drive last week.

    Figures.

Of course they were. That was complete BS.

Those are the week 1 stats and the Browns had a legit 12.6 yards to go on average.

I'm a fan of Minshaw. I think he's going to be an over-achiever. QB situation is solid with Him and Foles in Jax imo.
Jax still strong up front defensively, solid in general. Get Value for Ramsey and a few moves and they could be heading back to the loffs.

Brady is playing mind games with the officials. He loses his starting LT for a solid chunk so he gets pro-active and complains about the officiating and offensive holding calls. This way his lineman can get away with a bit more here and there.

15 carries, 66 yards, long of 69 yards. What a stat line by Fournette.

Wait how does that even happen? I only watched the first half. He didn't have negative yards in the first half IIRC, so what happened?
