    LB Deon Lacey from Buffalo.
DE Avery Moss from the Giants.
DB Steven Parker from the Rams.
So 5 guys are getting cut.[/QUOTE]

How many guys have we added in the last few days that will be on the 53 man roster that won't even know the playbook for opening day?

Meanwhile, the #Dolphins claimed a bunch of players and are the #Dolphins waiving defensive tackle Adolphus Washington, source said.
Well two of those guys where with NE last season so they should have some idea.

Ken Webster was not on the Patriots last year, He was a 7th round pick in this seasons draft. Most likely the Dolphins liked him pre draft and want to kick the tires on him now.

Team also cut Zach Sterup. So the guy we just traded for will more likely be the LT. We'll also have Jesse Davis and Prince.

The Dolphins have cut John Denney and Vincent Taylor.

Denney is surprise just because hes cheap and is a LS, but Vince is a huge surprise. Dude has looked like a monster the past few years in limited snaps but it seems he had some problems in this scheme.

    Also from yesterday

.@MiamiDolphins had five players officially signed to their practice squad as of 6 p.m. Sunday: CB Nik Needham, QB
@jake_rudock, DE Dewayne Hendrix, WR @IAF_1 and G @durval_queiroz. Remember that Durval Queiroz Neto does not count against the limit of 10 PS players.

I dont see how we couldn't get a pick for Taylor. Young, cheap and productive!

Vincent Taylor is a bit of a surprise but maybe they didn't like the fact he couldn't stay healthy. He was a solid DT rotation guy but he did never make any starts.

There has to be something else to Taylor that we're not seeing. He was so productive in the snaps that he got but this is now two very different staffs that refused to use him. Wingfield speculated during camp that he had a conditioning issue.

The 2017 draft continues to look worse and worse the further we get away from it. Let's hope Harris continues to develop and Tank and McMillan have a role on this team when they're healthy. This also opens up a spot for Nkemdiche when hes healthy.

One last interesting tid bit. We've now released the highest graded player by PFF at each position outside of CB, S and TE.

Makes sense. VT was more of a penetrator than what this scheme wants from their DTs.

Btw Wilkins switched his number to 94 and I've never been happier. Starks was a comparison I had for him coming out and Jordan Philip's just ruined 97 for me.
