all we got around here is the boring stuff. Wendys , taco bell, kfc, mcdonalds, burger king, subway

I once went about 35 minutes out of my way to try a Sonic, and i was pretty disappointed. I think i hyped myself up for it too much and ultimately that led to my disappointment.

I feel like any time you have to drive out of your way for fast-ish food, it's almost always going to be a let down.

I love their burgers and think they are better than just about any chain of burger places but the closest one is about 30 miles on the highway. I'm not going to drive that far to get one just because I've got a craving. Now when I'm headed to my parent's house, it's on the way and there's a damn good chance I'll swing by.
There is a youtube video of a guy who drove 8 hours to get to a Chick-fil-A. Can't say I would do it. 30-45 minutes is the most I would drive for any restaurant.

The slushes and tots are pretty good. Milkshakes decent. The rest of their food is standard fast food stuff or worse. I couldn't imagine ever eating a fast food hot dog though.

Would a fast food hot dog really be much worse than a normal hot dog? Like the difference between a fast food burger and an actual burger is night and day, but I donít know if there are really varying levels of hot dogs that are mass produced

Maybe not the quality of the hot dog itself, but how it's cooked and the quality of the "add ons" for it as well as the bun. I really only like mine grilled outside unless I'm at a baseball game.
