    Nathan Eovaldi (1-0) –(6.69 ERA)
    Eovaldi hopes to settle into a rhythm in his third start back in the rotation. The righty gave up two runs in three innings his last time out. Opponents are hitting .292 against him. In two previous starts in Anaheim, Eovaldi is 1-1 with a 6.23 ERA.

    Jose Suarez (2-5) –(6.67 ERA)
    Suarez has been working to prevent the tipping of his pitches, and he was better against the Astros on Friday. He went 4 2/3 innings, allowing three runs on seven hits in a loss.

    Game 2: Saturday August 31st at 9:07 PM

    David Price (7-5) – (4.36 ERA)
    The lefty returns from the injured list to make his first start for the Red Sox since Aug. 4. Price is 5-5 with a 3.54 ERA in 11 career starts at Angel Stadium. He is 4-4 with a 4.95 ERA on the road this season.

    Heaney has been on an impressive run of late, and continued it by striking out 10 batters in six innings against the Rangers. Heaney has racked up 24 strikeouts over his last two starts.

    Dillion Peters (3-2) –(4.50 ERA)

    Peters has hit a bit of a rough patch, posting a 9.35 ERA over his last two starts. He gave up a season-high five earned runs over 4 2/3 innings against Houston last time out.

    It’s pretty much do or die the next 28 games. But according to espn this team only has a 8.0% of making the postseason.

    Ok so I accidentally double posted? And FYI go over to the general section on this site there’s tons of people who swear more there but I get singled out?

    Any of your posts getting deleted is a moderator doing a service for the rest of the site saving people from reading your ridiculous ranting.

    The Sox are disappointing this year. We're all frustrated they have not and likely will not meet their potential. It's baseball, it's not possible to win every year, be content with a WS title last year.
