I think that was the issue the first time. It was Kobeís locker room and he could check him too. The difference is back then Dwight was being expected to fill Shaqs shoes and play a massive role in putting the Lakers back on track. He was too light hearted and clashed with Kobe. This time heís a vet with low expectations and itís Bron and ADs team.

The non guarantee is what seals this. If he's hurt or acts up, cya.

I don't think they had many options at this point. Dwight is pretty much the best pure center available. I hope he's out to prove he's better than his reputation.

Rather have Noah. Just had a very solid season and is smarter + a much better teammate.
    Great for entertainment value tho.

They have until January 7th to feel him out, see how he plays and fits in.

Iím glad they went with Howard. He had a 30/30 game 18 months ago and heís a good fit Bron and Rondo just like Javale.

He brings a much needed physicality

I like the signing but him and Rondo on the floor together yuck. I dont think they have enough space for the amount of brick these two guys will lay at the free throw line. Lebron and Dudley have their struggles there to. Lakers may be a bad free throw shooting team again.

Noah is way more fragile, go check his games played his entire career.

Dwight is a better fit and way more physical, and if it's a fail he'll get cut before jan 7th, it's all good for LAL.
