BREAKING NEWS: Boogie Suffers Torn ACL.

Woj: Lakers center DeMarcus Cousins has suffered a possible knee injury and will undergo further testing today in Los Angeles, league sources tell ESPN. Cousins was working out in Las Vegas on Monday when he had to leave the court, sources said. He signed a one-year deal in July.

Hopefully itís just a tweak or sprain. If he tore anything he wonít be much help this season.

Yeah ok. Cut a guy on a minimum guaranteed contract. [emoji106]

Itís a waste of a roster spot.

Sign someone who will actually be on the court and able to produce.

Boogie isnít reliable for the long haul.

    Common sense.

Not only that, he doesn't even count against the cap because he's a minimum contract which means it wouldn't even clear cap space. The only ting it would do is clear a roster spot but they would still have to pay Cousins and then pay whatever minimum contract guy they could get.

    Itís not about capspace

Itís about freeing up another open guaranteed roster spot.

Itís not about upside, we just need someone who can contribute right away and not force AD to play so many minutes at the 5. Just any serviceable big man will do.

Relax guys, he bumped his knee with another player's knee, not like he got injured just by running.

It could be minor, don't hit the panic button yet.

You really need to relax my friend, we are 2,5 months from season's start, it's better something happens now than on opening night.
