OTOH his EV and LA equate to major power numbers

Encouraging so far. But I can't help but take the healthy skeptic approach with Robel the entire way. I'm gonna enjoy him when he hits baseballs 500 feet and not get too caught up in the ugliness he'll show at times.

Maybe he'll be Joey Gallo with MIF, who knows?

    Cubs at Giants IGT

Javi gets incredibly nervous on 3-2 counts and itís silly just how much smarter than him the pitcher, any pitcher, is. Any 3-2 against Javi is in the dirt and he swings without fail. Ridiculous.

There's lots of good hitting guys besides Gallo that have high K rates. Stanton, Judge etc.

I don't care about K rates, just have to see if the league adapts to Garcia and if he's able to adapt to them. The league might not have time to do that in half a season, the big test will be next year. We'll see.

Assuming there no trade by Wednesday, who gets booted when Contreras gets activated.

    Bote
    Descalso
    Russell
    Almora
    Caratini
    Maldonado

Obvious choice is Descalso and it should be but I still think Maldonado goes if theyre not trading Caratini.

High K-rates, sure. But 35+%? Not so much a dime a dozen.
