He's simply a fun piece to follow. If all he ever amounts to is a pass rushing specialist....he'd still be a good one.
I've got a lot of hope for Reed. I'd go as far as to say he's an upgrade at depth at that position compared to last year.

Shame from Cravens. Just wasn't quite the play-maker his reports made him out to be. Couldn't fit as that LB hybrid or safety. Worth the shot.
Well the staff only wanted Cravens to play safety. They told him before camp started that in order to make the team, he had to make it as a safety. I just don't think he loves the game. Wish him the best in whatever he ends up doing, but his heart doesn't seem to be with football.

That's either very telling or very ballsy. I'm putting my money on telling.

For pass rushing potential yes...but he's not a better football player than Shaq yet. Because of his size, he doesn't project well as a run defender...and it is still up in the air when he drops in coverage.

But that's why he's a fun piece. Fangio and staff get to take their time developing that game of his.

Yeaa...if Flacco goes down we're ****ed. No other way around it.

HOWEVER, Elway simply wants one of those San Fran backup QB's. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he swung a trade for one of them...

though this Hoyer move would suffice. He at least gives us a shot to win a spot start or two..

    Either way...protect Flacco please.

I donít think we are a playoff team. In a season that requires depth we donít have much. The offensive line is thin. The only group that can be hit by injuries is the secondary.

Lets be honest here. Any team that suffers injuries to their starters are bound to hit a wall. The vast majority of teams aren't loaded behind their starters...Eagles just seem to be the anomaly.

If we're healthy and we don't suffer the major injuries to big time players....on paper...we can make a run out of it.

But...there is so much we haven't seen from this offense/team yet. Should be fun.

It has been quite some time since we've been this busy in waiver pickups....but looks like we hit the jack pot with Diontae Spencer.

    Impact KR/PR returner.

Yeah and I'm not super upset about losing Cracraft either.

What's nice is that we got both Rypien and Muhammed on the practice squad.

I would have liked us to get another punter though.
