Well I always felt that Pippen's on-the-ball defense was overrated, he was a great "help defender" but he got beat off the dribble a lot more than people seem to have noticed. Having said that he probably still has the edge over George in an "all-time" context, or "starting a team" discussion.

I think it's clear that there is a glaring issue with the sixers offense and that is the lack of a shot creator. In their recent game against OKC CP3 and SGA showed how crucial it is to have someone who can run high pick and roll or go 1on1 at a mismatch and get a quality shot. Those two players ability to do that, coupled with the sixers complete inability to, was what won/lost the game last night and has crippled the sixers offense all year.
