Up the middle or outside in. They are building up the middle. I'm ok with that. We can grab a good couple of CBs next year and a good couple OL and a WR.
With that? We got a legit team.

Wesco can play. Good hands. Good routes. Very, very good blocks

Desperately need CBs and a kicker who can actually make XPs... other than that, team looks pretty good and well-rounded

Some of the second string CBs made solid plays. They won't be world beaters but hopefully some of them step up, they don't need to be great, just solid.

For ****s sake the kicking game is a **** show.

I reiterate, I love Wesco. I think he's going to be a very important player on this team.

Coverage was pretty porous all night... git great pressure on the QBs, only to have them dump off or throw over the top last second. Kicking unit is a dumpster fire. Other than that, not mich to be displeased about with this team... which is something, considering how thin this roster was last season

Itís official Sam is the truth, that back shoulder throw was impressive.

Q didnít get a tackle but he was in the backfield a lot. Did you see him absolutely destroy that Falcon O-lineman?

Robby is also a stud, pay that man before we have to overpay

Ty might be the best signing of the offseason, besides bell [emoji41]

Vic Beasley killed Adoga, welcome to the NFL

There is at least some depth behind him and that softens the blow a tiny bit.

Hopefully Blake Cashman steps up and gets some good turns.

    It does but....

Cj Moseley has assumed control of the defense this year and we are solid up the middle, even in depth.
So although we can not replace his experience and instincts, we should be ok in his absense.

Side: The pass rush that didnt show against the Giants was on display every series against the Falcons.
The key is the majority of the passrush was generated without having to blitz for it.
    That is a huge positive.

Even better, the rush packages were pretty vanilla and they were still getting great pressure... GW is saving the heat for the games that count

Williams is blitz happy but I hope he doesn't become predictable like Rex was.
Most 3rd downs it was "press man, all out blitz".
I'm all for blitzkrieg style but creativity and variety is paramount in its effectiveness.

Looking for Cashman and Polite to make any sort of impact in the next 2 games.
It would be huge for the D.
