    Would ya? Antonio Brown

If he ended up out of Oakland, would ya?

    Brown-Anderson-Crowder-Q-Herndon
    Bell-Montgomery-Cannon

That would be a very, very potent offense.

(I personally think Douglas would kick the crap out of him physically if he ever stepped to him like he did Mayock.)

    Would I? Maybe.

Will the Jets? Not with Bell here.

I wanted Brown in the offseason, but heís clearly lost his marbles. Pass

Too bad, his skills would put of offense into possibly elite territory

F him. No need for that circus. Also, a WR, no matter how talented, doesn't move the needle enough. Especially not on a team with question marks at several positions.

    Yes. Next question
this regime is too volatile to last more than a couple seasons. 3 would be pushing it. And while talent wise we are still an offseason away from top tier tou have to go for anything that gives you a chance in what I believe to be the small window we have.

It wouldn't just be him to move the meter.
    Anderson, Crowder, Q and Brown.

If you choose to cover Brown, Anderson is going deep and Q and Crowder are underneath.

I'm only riffing but a guy with his talent can move the needle when you already have Bell to move the meter.

    Think about this

Brown, Anderson, Crowder, Q, Herndon and Bell out of the backfield or split out.
You have 3, top level WRs to throw to and then Crowder, Q and Herndon as outlets.

I know he's an azzhole and I know he's a headache but my goodness, we talk about getting our QB weapons and with him? Holy ****, the Jets have NEVER had offensive skill talent like that.
It would mitigate the issues of the line. Quick hits to any of the WRs or screens to Bell?

Edwards, Holmes, Cotchery with Keller at TE and LT/Greene in the backfield. That's the last time we would have had even close to Brown, Anderson, Crowder, Q with Herndon at TE and Bell/Montgomery at RB Literally every comparison is 15-20% better with the latter.

This isn't remotely directed at you, but as Jets fans, we have always noted (some hate it and some love it) that this team has been built to win defensively. We are defense first. A move like that would change that philosophy completely

Hard pass, he would be a bigger circus than Tebow

Yes but a way better and more productive player.

I also wonder if Douglas can reign him in

If the rumors are true Polite got booted for being late and racking up fines. Doubt Brown is even a thought in Joes brain.

If it also stopped him from going to NE, Miami or the Bills?

I don't care who wants him, he doesn't fit here.

Hot take. Jets handled Tebow perfectly. Saw he was a player who could help in a very specific limited role. Tried to use him in that role. Didn't work. But the media wouldn't stop treating him like a potential starter.

Then the Pat's tried to fit him into the exact same niche and no one said ****.
