Still no timeline on Marcus Maye.. Itís starting to become a little concerning with his durability issues..

I donít know if they expect him to be ready by the beginning of the season.

Marcus Maye is activated from pup but this team is pretty banged up.

I would too, after that embarrassing showing in camp and the first game.

Trumaine johnson down with a hamstring.
That sucks. Hopefully they take time with him, hamstrings are annoying and relentless.

im on the mend, Id like to see douglas get some low key CB to give us a fighting chance during games, but part of me also wants to exploit that CB problem as an excse to lose and get a high draft pick and go all in next year with more development from darnold and the rust shaken off Bell and see Douglas direction.

This team already had a CB depth problem. If Johnson misses much time, they are in serious trouble. This is further compounded by their mediocre at best pass rush.

Hopefully they get their pass rush into better shape.

It sounds like Clowney is on the trade block. If that is true, I wonder if the Jets would get involved. Improving their pass rush could help offset their CB woes.

Report I saw said 5 years $110M for Clowney. Heís not worth that much, pass
If he was in the $16-$18M range, Iíd be very interested

Pass on Clowney, we need to focus on Sam and this offense. Our defense has the majority of the resources anyway.
