    This is a road series.
And the Reds are probably better than their record.

Reds pitching is really good. But ours has been unreal in the pitching department for the last month+. I like our chances to win another series but it wont be easy. They aren't the pushovers of old.

Yah, this feels like about as big of a trap series as they can get right now. Keep battling and win another one.

Not sure it is a trap series. The Reds are actually better than their record. If the Cubs do lose the series I do not think they will because they took the Reds lightly. If they lose it is because the Reds are pretty good, and it is not easy to win 2 or 3 on the road. Trap has nothing to do with it, IMO. Tomorrow's game looks like the 1 the Cubs must win if they want to win the series. The next 2 look very tough.

I don’t know if we have been as good as 2016 in the pitching department but seeing as Lester, Hendricks, Quintana, Hamels have been very good, who would the equivalent of Darvish be on that 2016 staff? You’d think Jason Hammel or Lackey but they were pretty good that year and were 15 and 11 game winners respectively. Pity that Darvish has sucked so much.

I be happy to go 3-3 the next 6 TBH with the pitching they will be facing. I believe they get Castillo / Scherzer / Strasburg / Corbin from Thursday to Sunday

Edit: They aren’t facing Corbin on Sunday . They get Hellickson that day.

Darvish will figure it out. Don't stress too much about it. The stuff is there, the history is there. He'll be fine.

LaStella was always a guy you wondered how he'd do with 5-600 PAs.

Not that anyone expected this much power, but so far so good.
