I would say Rendon because heís a better hitter (.310 BA over the last 3 seasons).

But that doesnít mean heís better (even if itís very close).

Itís close, but Soto is literally better at no categories. Bregman strikes out less too (12% compared to 20%)

Bregman hasnít had a great postseason so far, but that doesnít mean heís not better.
How many games did Soto play how many did Bregman play.
Soto missed time early in the yearand he still drove in only 2 more runs

Simple question if you're the Nats GM who would you trade Soto even up for except Trout.
Bregman wouldnt even be on the radar

That Astro lineup is much more impressive playing Mariners,Rangers, Angels, whitesox,Royals,Tigers,Orioles, and Toronto regular season.
    Postseason pitching not as friendly

In 2019, Bregman was the 2nd most valuable player without a doubt. The best players in baseball in I would go: Trout, Yelich, Betts, Bregman, and Rendon

I'd put Rendon Soto and Bellinger ahead of him for sure, and with what Springer gives out of CF him too.
I also think Arrenado is better and possibly Suarez

I donít agree. If I need a single, Rendon has a slightly better chance of delivering. Thatís it

Thatís a different question. Soto is 20, cheap, and under control. Heís is probably one of the most valuable players in baseball for that reason (if not the most). Bregman is 24 years old himself, but neither team would trade these guys.

And drove in 2 more runs.
He also plays about 70 percent of his games against Balt, Tor, Det, KC, Tex,Angels, Whitesox, which helps.
Soto has 19 against Mets and Braves plus Dodgers Cards Cubs
    Much tougher sledding for him
