Would anybody be on board with signing Cody Allen to a minor league deal? Thereís no risk. Just see what if he can figure himself out in the minors.

All for a minor league deal, any RP that gets cut who has had success should be considered lol

Foltyís stuff looked good in that first inning. Fastball was hitting 98.

Folty is really lucky to get out of that inning with no runs. His command was all over the place.

Best fastball by far today, up to 99. But that third inning showed he has nothing else but velocity, no command and no break on his slider.

Donaldson finally starting to heat up. I was reading a few days ago his hard hit rate is towards the top of the majors but he wasnít hitting many fly balls. 3 home runs in the past 5 games.

That was awesome hustle by Albies. Hustles out an infield single, gets to third on Flowers single to left and then scores on Foltyís sacrifice.

What a great series he's having, I read the same thing about him, if he's start elevating the ball more, look out. This offense is amazing right now.

He was better in the 4th, he actually use his curveball more than usual that inning.

Up to 15-1 now. I hope we can count on our bullpen to hold this lead lol.

Vikingsfan, I'd def take a flyer on Cody Allen if it were a minor league deal. He showed decline last year even, but if he could get even 85% of 2017 he'd be an upgrade for us.

Phillies are down to using position players as pitchers right now. They've just been killed today.

This will definitely help our run differential today.

Great win today but canít help feel disappointed we didnít sweep. Should be up 3.5 if not for the bullpen. Oh well. This team is rolling right now and the Phillies are beat up. Hopefully we can build a decent lead going into the break.

ATL right now really just needs a closer. I think Inciarte can be used in a deal to help secure some pen help. I wouldnít mind adding 2 pen arms for the 2nd half of the season.

With Donaldson heating up and Riley adding depth, this lineup is scary. Really scary. Not an easy pit 1-8 and any of those guys can change the game with one swing.

I agree with Beldugo that Markakis is mediocre at this point, but if he is your least productive bat your lineup is doing fine. Just seems the 5 hole might not be the place for him. Drop him to 7 and he will still get plenty of RBI chances.

    Acuna
    Swanson
    Freeman
    Donaldson
    Riley
    Albies
    Markakis
    Catcher
    Pitcher

If Dallas can stabilize the one remaining rotation spot, this team is ready for a playoff push and hopefully a better showing in Oct.
