I ****ing love that rule. My least favorite part of watching baseball is the mound visits, the constant pitching changes and pick off attempts. Anything to trim down the time from those three things makes the game much better IMO.

Screw the LOOGY. Nobody should be getting paid 4MM for getting one out every other day. At least now, bullpens will be built a little differently and lefties who can get multiple sides out will be even more valuable.

The Jerry Blevinsí of the world will suffer but whatever. Iíve been wanting to abolish the loogy for quite a white, Iím glad itís finally happening.

The absolute worst part of these new rules. Very against it.

I agree, tough **** if you make a run in August but failed to add at the deadline.

I agree, though a couple years too late for John Gibbons. I hated when the Orioles played the Jays, the dude would use up nearly his entire bullpen in 9 innings. Personally, I think there can be just as much strategy in figuring out who to pitch for a three-batter minimum (bench variables included) in tight late game situations.

I read something that the Phillies used something like 180 pitchers to throw to one batter while the Yankees only used like 37.

Anything to **** over Gabe Kapler, tbh.

The Yankees have a fantastic bullpen, they rarely had a need to employ a one pitcher/one batter approach. Their top five relievers could all handle both sides of the plate well.
