    Browns trade for OBJ

I'd love to sign Gostkowski and call it a day for this free agency.
Iíll be eager to see what they do with their 2nd round pick. They have enough ammo to move up a few spots if somebody they like falls. Maybe they stay out and take another weapon for Baker like Deebo Samuel. Trayvon Mullen or Julian Love if they want to upgrade their #2 corner.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the Browns will NOT go 0-16 in 2019. I know, I know...crazy talk.

So they refused to trade him to NE cause they were afraid he might win a SB there but what happens if the Browns make the PO's and the the Giants are sitting at home? I always thought Belichick and the Giants were like Peanut Butter and jelly you know close. Now I am a Pats fan but also have a soft spot of the Brown's.

    QB: Baker Mayfield
    RB: Nick Chubb
    RB: Duke Johnson
RB: Kareem Hunt (for maybe 8 or so games?)
    WR: Odell Beckham
    WR: Jarvis Landry
    WR: Antonio Calloway
    TE: David Njoku
    LT: Greg Robinson
    LG: Joel Bitonio
    C: JC Tretter
    RG: Austin Corbett
    RT: Chris Hubbard

    DE: Myles Garrett
    DT: Sheldon Richardson
    DT: Larry Ogunjobi
    DE: Olivier Vernon; Emmanuel Ogbah
    LB: Genard Avery
    LB: Joe Schobert
    LB: Christian Kirksey
    CB: Denzel Ward
    CB: Travis Carrie
    S: Damarious Randall
    S: Earl Thomas

Yikes. Plus they still have their 2nd round pick and a 3rd. Plus 2 4th rounders.

rashard higgins will be the 3rd receiver, unless another team actually gives the browns the 2nd rounder they would want for higgins, which i dont see happening...calloway will be used for punt returns and 4th receiver on the depth chart

Yeah he's a solid box-safety who showed improvement last year, especially the 2nd half of the year. His rookie year was meh, though Gregg Williams was playing him out of position. Average in coverage but plays well at the line of scrimmage. Makes big tackles.

He might reach a pro bowl or two if he keeps ascending. Still very young.

Browns have a very similar safety in Derrick Kindred who couldn't consistently see the field last year because of Peppers and Randall. I think he can fill in almost seamlessly for Peppers but he's probably a little worse in everything compared to Peppers.
Believe the hype. The Baker has come.

I think he's pretty similar to Collins in play style. Based of what I thought of him coming out of college, I think he's actually better in coverage. I'd say he's a pretty good replacement, but I still don't like this move.

Would have been a great trade if the Steelers made it though, right?
    First 4 years:
    Brown - 54 GP, 27 GS, 261 catches (63.3%) for 3,561 yds (8.6 AVG), 15 TD
    Landry - 64 GP, 57 GS, 400 catches (70.2%) for 4,038 yds (10.1 AVG), 22 TD

Huh. Wonder why Landry is getting paid so much...

Cleveland going from laughing stocks to laughing at y'all
While I agree Cleveland should win the division and be positioned for a deep playoff run...

It would be totally the Browns to go and still Browns this up somehow.

Good luck Lake Erie bros. Don't lose 4 straight SBs.
