Does Derek Carr have the keys to Raiders future?

How does everyone truly feel about Carr?
Will a trade like Macks make up for a trade?
    Trade or draft a QB?
Will he be commanding in Chuckies offense?
    Lets talk about it.

Unless the plan is to tank and get the number one pick and draft a qb next year you keep Carr.

Just makes you wonder how much Gruden works the trad lines. I'd still not dismiss a move.

I feel good about carr but not sure gruden system is a good fit for him.

I don't know what you mean by this question.

We shall see if foles or wentz are let go or want to be traded for.

He's chuckies shetface at this point but no,I don't think he'll be changing plays because chucky is the commander.

Regardless, if there's no one to replace him, he stays. Now if someone like Foles, or even Alex Smith (if he's healthy)becomes available, then there's no telling what Gruden will do. Judging from what I saw take place between them....it's not pleasant. Unless someone decent becomes available, I think Carr gets another shot. One thing for sure...the draft will not solve our QB position.

I don't believe Carr is untouchable. Gruden would gladly trade him for the right price. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he is traded to an NFC East team.

The draft is a crapshoot, and Carr was in the top 20 in most categories and 6th in completion %. This year he was horrible early in the season and pretty good for the last half of the season - top 10 if you just look at the last half of the year. Probably getting used to Gruden's system took more time than it should have. Plus the OL problems this year put him under more pressure than he has seen in recent years. And how good would he be with a true #1 receiver like AB or JuJu. I don't see how you can get rid of someone as good as Carr for a drafted QB - still plenty of first rounders flame out.

Offer me a 1st and Id trade him.

Build up the team. Sign a serviceable QB. Then plug your QB in.

Chiefs, Eagles and Rams type model.

Wed need to get a hell of an offer for me to be willing to move him. This draft isnt QB heavy, there will be at least 1 of Foles or Wentz available meaning teams will look there first and we already have a lot of cap space available. Lets focus on getting the draft right. If someone blows us away thats a different story.

Gruden holds all the keys to Raiders future. Every player has a price right now we are in future build mode.

personally i think Carr will get traded. i see new york or a qb needy team offering us a 1st for him. I hope we get more.
I dont think Carr will run Grudens offense effectively.
