This is a classic case of an offensive-heavy team vs a defensive-heavy team. It's going to be a good one.

This is why I picked the cowboys to win.

Going with the Cowboys in this one, should be a close game.

    24-21 Cowboys.

I know; I was just joking. It seems like it's national radio shows where some fans talk trash before a big/playoff game and then go missing when their team loses. Sometimes the host calls them out for it, and it's pretty funny.

Whichever team wins will forever be superior to the other team, and the fans of the losing team have to acknowledge that.

    Preemptive hyping.
Believe the hype. The Baker has come.

The Cowboys did well against the Eagles in 1975. So what happens this weekend or next weekend doesn't matter because it was settled forever back then.

I think Dallas is the only road team that wins in the Divisional round.

Excuse: we lost because of the refs

Is there not an obvious difference?
I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you but I've never really thought of them as different things. An excuse is a reason why something occurred/didn't occur. To me the only difference is the feelings we associate with either word. Like we see "excuse" as an inherently bad thing, but it's basically just like any other reason. Just my two cents

That injury was a killer for the Rams. He was their no 1 passing weapon imo.

Both the rams and saints advance. This is the year the rams win it. It only make sense. LA Chargers vs LA Rams- they need to create a fanbase. Only way you do that if you win a superbowl!

What’s worse: surf claiming Eagles fans have said things without giving proof or surf claiming Eagles fans have said things without giving proof?
