He doesn't look too bad, I wouldn't be upset by using a 5th round pick on him, couple guys I would like would be Elgton Jenkins and Max Scharping. They could be had anywhere with our 2nd-4th round picks possibly.

Add Michael Deither to the list. He played LT for Wisconsin (replaced Ramczyk) but was moved to G in 2018. Wisconsin is always putting good lineman in the NFL so when one is available I am immediately interested. He was given a 5th round grade last year and returned to school.

Beau Benzschawel is another Wisconsin lineman who returned for his senior year. He was given a day 2 or day 3 grade last year by the Advisory Board. Read he's very powerful and Tony Pauline gave him a 5th round grade.
    2018 Vikings Draft :
Round 1: Mike Hughes CB UCF
Round 2: Brian O'Neill OT Pittsburgh
Round 4: Jalyn Holmes DE Ohio State
Round 5: Tyler Conklin TE Central Michigan
Round 5: Daniel Carlson K Auburn
Round 6: Colby Gossett G Appalachian State
Round 6: Ade Aruna DE Tulane
Round 7: Devante Downs LB California

I would love for us to grab Devin White in the first round and then grab one of the Wisconsin guards. White is going to be a freak playmaker in the league and can replace Barr.

Good lord I must be bad at drafting or it's just tough because I'm going for BPA for our needs. My best score for mocking is just a little over 27,000 using https://www.first-pick.com/

You can make trades to move up or back and I've tried both. I completely dropped out of the first once and had 4 second round picks and 3 third round picks but still can't come close to the top score for the Vikes which is 35k.

Ok now I'm going to try and go off up simply BPA to see if that ranks me up and completely ignore any need which is OL lol.

Irv Smith Jr., TE from Alabama, declared for the draft. Iím intrigued by him. Good athlete and a good blocker. Didnít shine much at Bama but that could be because of how many good receivers and RBs they have. Read heís likely to be a top 40 selection. Depending where we go at 18, he would be a good choice at 50 if heís there.

I love hearing that. I'm tired of seeing our guards manhandled all the time. Give us some guys who can hold the damn line when it needs to happen.
I'm with you on the Wisconsin boys except for David Edwards, I'm not very high on him. I would be upset if we spent a high pick on him.

Wisconsin and Stanford OL traditionally make good NFLers.....Bama seems to get a lotta their's picked, but not always with the same success vs draft status

paco's mock has a Badger and a Cardinal sandwiched around a Duck DE....not sure any of those 3 are still available at those picks, tho....

In your opinion with you being a huge Hawkeye fan, would you rather have Hockenson or Fant?

He's now declared..........problem is, I had no idea he was rated that high.......Kiper, anyway, has him as his #3 overall prospect, so highly unlikely he'd be there at 18.

Reminds me, the Saints did something yesterday I thought we'd do a lot of this season once we signed Iloka- use safeties as linebackers at times.....Devin would fit the size ideal for that...a 'tweener'
