I never had tofu until a few years ago. Well, I guess like most people I would randomly try it here and there and didn’t like it all. I’ve grown to really like the stuff, though I never know what is good to marinade it in. I got a tofu press for and am excited to use it. It’s super healthy for you (at least in terms of basic nutritional value - low fat and calories, lots of protein). Anyone else a fan? How do you eat it?
