Ruth Bader Ginsburg has missed how many days on the Supreme Court recently. if she can't be there to do her job because of her health then maybe she shouldn't be there at all. she has legitimate serious health concerns, and it's not unreasonable to think she should retire. that isn't wishing anything bad to happen to her. I bet if Hillary had won RBG wouldn't be there, but now she's holding on just because Trump is President.

She's hardly the first justice to stay on the bench despite declining health, there have been Justice to serve with terrible mental health.
