Chances are Babcock puts either Marleau or Brown with Matthews and for whatever dumb reason Johnsson ends up on the 4th line.
Ya don't understand it myself but that's probably what he will do.

“It’s about winning,” Stoudemire said. “You win, you’re going to get on national TV. Simple. In Phoenix, we won — Western Conference finals three, four years, playoffs every year. We won. If you don’t win, nobody really wants to see you.”

Yup, that's the line tonight. Sparks gets the start too.

Hopefully it's a bloodbath... Johnsson-Kadri-Kapanen should be exciting to watch tonight too.

Sparks is looking a little shakey but that 3rd goal was awful.

Not sure why he was down on that goal.

This loss is on Babs and Willie. It's on Babs because there was ZERO plausible reason to put Willie...who hasn't played meaningful hockey for 7 months, on the 1st line tonight. He should have been on the 4th line to start, as now the Matthews line looks completely out of sync. That was a dumb move by a veteran coach.

It's on Willie because, due to his selfishness for holding out, now he's messed up the chemistry of at least 2 lines.

And for those of you who don't think we need a guy like Martin...watching NO ONE (other than Reilly...really late) come to get in the face of Kronwall was disgusting. But hey...most people on here just want to watch pick up hockey games.

So we're losing one game and it's Nylanders fault? Deep.

I'll take a point after being down 4-1. But 2 or 3 of those goals.. Sparks was fighting it hard tonight.

    Ha yes it was!

I wonder what Babcock will do with the lines. I really like Kapanen and Matthews together. What a player Kapanen is becoming.

Nylander should be with Matthews once he gets up to speed, I would leave Johnsson on the LW though.

Marleau and Kadri play a lot better together as well and Kapanen is a good fit on that line. I really liked how they played while Matthews was out.

If we trim down to 7 defense eventually I would give Marchment/Moore a shot at the 4th line LW spot over Ennis.

    Johnsson-Matthews-Nylander
    Hyman-Tavares-Marner
    Marleau-Kadri-Kapanen
    Marchment-Lindholm-Brown
    Ennis-Gauthier
