No true leader. No identity and truly at this point absolutely nothing to look forward to with this team. No question this is the worst possible position to be in the NBA.

Every other GM from that draft was smart enough to not overpay before restricted free agency. WCS, Stanley Johnson, Miles Turner, Kelly Oubre, Frank Kaminsky, on an on. Aside from Devin Booker who was destined to get the max, Miami is the only team that jumped the gun. Completely stupid.

Winslow is yet another overpaid horrid contract on this team. Tyler Johnson, James Johnson, Waiters, Winslow. 4 guys making $58M next year who wouldn't start for one team.

It's going to be good to watch J Rich continue to grow on the HEAT.

They need to dump everyone else and get a superstar next to him and I can't imagine how good he may actually become playing within himself a little more.

Could develop into a real 2nd option caliber player of a regular playoff team like a CJ McCollum or Khris Middleton consistent 20+ who can go off for 30 on any night. And he's the only good contract on the team right now.

Like I said get rid of everyone that will win us any games. So we dont have to lose games intentionally. One or two solid picks along with Andy Elisburg's magic with cap space will set our future for the next decade if we get lucky. There is ABSOLUTELY no other way out of this sticky mud, NONE.
