The US pits states against each other and the people like it. It's excessive nationalism down to a state by state level. It's completely ****ed.

I actually voted third party once -- in the 2013 Virginia governor election. Then when Cuccinelli outperformed the polling and almost won, I said: Nope. Not doing that ever again.

    That's literally all it took.

    Wouldn't that be stateism?

But I agree that we are ****ed. On both sides.

Right, the left never calls out the right as a group and says negative things about them.

Yea I’ve got to give the right credit. They know that you take over the party through the primary rather than starting a new party. They put a bunch of wackos into primaries and see what sticks. Then you move the party to the right and you will still get roughly the same amount of knuckleheads that just vote for you regardless.

Yes it would be lol. And it is.

We already have a president that threatens to withhold aid to people that are mean to him.

Yeah, the left would never do that. Like forcing Hillary and Joe down our throats.

If you think Hillary and Joe are the wackos of the party, you are really not paying any attention. Percentage wise, Democrats have tended to fight off the more liberal candidate in the primary. AOC, for instance, is the exception to the rule. Even in 2018, we really didn't see a whole lot of major primary upsets.
Prior to 11/1/19: if you were on my ignore list, I was sticking to ignoring you thanks to great advise.
From 11/1/19 on: I will no longer be responding to comments back to people on my ignore list.

Maybe I'm crazy. But just like Trump supports soldiers who didn't get captured. I support presidents who didn't broadcast a message that the best political opponent is a dead one.

Yeah, they are not wackos, but they are the worst.
