I think I'm jumping ship from the trump wagon to the Bloomberg wagon. He seems like a more accomplished, less racist version of Donald Trump

He is just as racist and sexist as Trump. He told the NYC police department to focus stop and frisk on black and brown people and ignore whites. He want to have everyone in public housing in the Black area fingerprinted. He still believe the Iraq invasion was justified. He has Joey's mentality in hunting down terrorists if children, women or old folks get killed so be it. When Isreal bombed a Palestinian school, he sided with Isreal. Pro-endless war, supporter of wall street where he made his money, a pure authoritarian type billionaire

Are you even registered to vote?

Yes, Bloomberg is basically Trump-Lite. I don't want him representing the Democratic party.

He will wreck the party if he is nominated like Trump did the republicans by making it cater to his whims. He is more of a mix of smart Trump and Chenney. Already he throwing money around the DNC in exchange for loyalty. The dude has 69 billion dollars. He can drop a few billion like I spent dimes and nickels and feel it. Dangerous.

All these billionaires skipping working through politicians to take the wheels themselves. Can you say, oligarch?

As a Democrat, I would prefer Bill Weld over in the opposite party over Bloomberg. That's how much I disapprove of him.

Fiscal conservativeness certainly isn't the way to go right now. Wealth and income inequality is a huge problem right now, which is why I'm a huge Bernie Sanders supporter.

No need to worry man. A democratic isn't being elected for president in November. Stop stressing.

People like him because he fights for them not because he's poor.
To be fair, Bernie for years said things like "nobody should have one million dollars" ... when you have extreme views in your past people are going to call you out on little diversions from your former position.

Are you sure he said one million? I always heard it more like billionaires or a section of people who have more money than the bottom 90% and control the policies of the government.

None of his policies, Medicare for All or otherwise, involve affecting the ownership of the means of production. I implore you to take an economics class to learn what these terms really mean.
He IS a socialist. He was not far from communist in his younger days. That doesn't mean all his policies are socialist by any means.

Why leave the republican party where they have the religious, conservatives, big business types who fully support their cause? Judging how the republicans have, with no friction from within the party, put abortion supporting judges into the court system, do you think that a rabid pro-lifer in the republican party would take Amy Klobuchar invite into the democrat party seriously?

I am just addressing how Amy's ploy was nutty. If she was republican inviting blacks into the republican party I would say the same thing.
When did all pro-life people become "rabid"? I just said that they may agree on every ideal with democrats OTHER than abortion, and you think they should be sent to the Republicans over one issue. That's just crazy.

It MAKES SENSE to appeal to people who might not agree with you on EVERY issue if they agree on enough issues to join.
