    Um. Yeah.

    Northern Florida - Straight red

Central Florida - Old retired Jews that notice when a JINO cozies up to Palestine

South Florida - 1.5 million Cubans that floated over on Chevys to escape the socialist paradise 90 miles offshore

As long as the field made it to Sanders H2H vs (insert any Dem here) by their date, this was always going to be a massacre.

Check me if I am wrong, but arenít the Democrats heading into the same shitstorm that they managed to put together in 2016? I mean, Biden is pretty much Clinton redux: a career insider from a worthless state, whose voting record is dubious (see SS, Iraq) and whose nepotism, while not egregious, is pretty obvious.

If you are asking if Joe Biden is a tool the answer is yes

I think the primary difference is Biden is nowhere near as viscerally hated as Clinton (or Trump for that matter).

Clinton was a better candidate than Biden. They had a few years to produce some new faces but who'd you get - Beto, Amy, Bloomberg?

Bloomberg actually coulda been a decent option but he ran a miserable campaign. Spent money to show up late to the party.

Socialism is massively popular on social media where young people are but it's not a good representation of the population. Reddit had a meltdown when Corbyn didn't win.

Warren dropped out and blamed sexism and said she'd have more to say about that in the future. I wonder she's gonna call Bernie a sexist again so she can throw her support behind Biden while maintaining her faux progressivism.

Clinton's a better candidate. She can actually put together coherent sentences

Seems like. They were just slower to turn on Bern.

(just re-read that and realize it could be taken to mean they were exciting Bernie or switching him on like a light ... I meant turn AGAINST him)

Warren going to the typical victim card is ridiculous...

Nobody would have any problem having a female President, just get a better candidate than what the Dems have been promoting in the last 4-5 years...

But this victim card crap is tired and stale....

Maybe is she had better policy ideas? Hello Liz? It is not your gender, it is your policies.

How did she blame sexism? I could see her not endorsing Bernie if she wants to be Bidenís VP or if she is bitter at Bernie for running again at all. Maybe she thinks Bernie should have let her be the progressive candidate from the start

Yeah because Bernie was clearly in Warrenís way...winning tens of thousands of more votes than her.

I donít know just a feeling Iím getting and if Bernie didnít run at all and just supported her she might of had a chance. I not saying Bernie doesnít have a right to want to be President too just spitballing bc based on policy it seems like she should have endorsed Bernie right away

Warren doesn't owe anyone anything; she can do what she wants from here on out.

Her supporters don't owe anyone anything; they can do what they want from here on out.

Votes are earned. Despite what anyone who blames Bernie for Hillary's loss says. No one is entitled to anything. That's democracy. Earn it.

But anyone who ever pretended to care about Warren's platform, or talked her up for having "plans for everything", and then is now running straight to Joe Biden because of some twitter trolls...well that's insane. As great as Warren was at those things -- better than anyone else -- Biden is the worst at those things.

Warren was great because of how easily she was able to convey bold progressive policy in both detailed and digestible ways while making it clear how important that policy was. So to go from that to....Joe Biden is asinine. He is, again, the polar opposite.

You can't spend all the time online that you did talking about the shameful Kavanaugh hearings and how Trump constantly downplays racism on the right and then throw your support to the Anita Hill silencer and the Strom Thurmond eulogizer Another serial groper and pathological liar.

You can't acknowledge the immediate and existential threat that is climate change or the necessity to end our forever ways and then immediately switch allegiances to the Iraq War advocate whose climate plan is vague, incoherent and the least bold of any Democratic candidate.

Warren deserves praise for her history of being tough on Wall Street and being a defender of LGBT and reproductive rights. To go from enthusiastically supporting that to a deregulating, DOMA-supporting, anti-abortion crusading Joe Biden is insanity.

Warren's website was stuffed full of rich policy and plans, especially on things like "Economic and Racial Justice" where it oozing with meaningful and life-changing progressive policy plans. So it totally makes sense that those people would now support the guy who thought the War on Drugs was too tepid and is responsible for the punitive criminal justice system Warren seeks to fix.

Again, people can do whatever they want. But the Warren supporters running immediately to Biden says a lot about them and where their priorities really lie. My conclusion would be that it was never actually about policy. It was never actually about getting things done and truly changing this country. It's probably more about fandom and treating this all like a team we root for. People who are way too online and so absorbed with so much stuff that does not matter.

Or, vindictiveness. But guess what? The snake emoji people are idiots but if you are voting for Biden to hurt them, you're not hurting them. You're hurting immigrants, the working poor people, the uninsured, the people straddled with debt, families that can't afford daycare...just so many people.

Our values aren't determined by Twitter trolls. "I want to fight for people...but man, these emojis" -- people who have no will to fight. It's selfishness.

That's all I have to say. Watching this narrative shake out over the past few days has been maddening.

Good post, let me add that the majority of folks that are making that decision are really amped now because joe will clean up in the south. Trump wont win a state down there, look how popular joe is in alabama.
