he is playing like a top 10 QB so far, without doubt.

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

Carson Wentz is a top 10 QB and if you don't believe that you are a hater. Kirk is for sure a top 10 QB and I have no problem with you putting him at 5.

Right now you could argue that Rodgers is not even top 5 but of course he is hurt so basing it off if he were 100% then I would put him top 3.

Wilson for sure is a top 10 QB. Stafford is borderline.

My question...what is the new benchmark for QB rating? I know QB rating isn't everything but I remember growing up (I'm 39) and you look at rating of like 85 and you were like, they are having a pretty solid season. Is the benchmark now 95 rating to be considered above average? You look at the stats and 10 players have a 100+ rating. 23 players have a 90+ rating. 10 years ago, 9 players had a 90+ rating.

the only problem there is number of games...........if Fitzgerald hadn't been seen before this year and put up the stats he did the first few games, he'd have to be considered top 10....then the rest of his career happened

Mahomes WILL be top 10 easily.....soon enough
    gotta love 'referential' treatment

Is the thread based off this season tho or the entire career? Because Andrew Luck and a few others should be up there then.

I pretty much based it off how they are playing right now.

To be honest he's probably been one of the top 5 QB's of this brief season so far, but overall I'd out him lower end of the top ten.

I guess I have only seen 5 games he's played, should I go watch his Texas Tech footage? Should we count that?

This signiture sucks but I get my point across, I'll pay someone for something more legit! Go Vikes!

If I was just basing it off of the first six (6) weeks of this season, this is how I would rank them:

    1. Mahomes
    2. Brees
    3. Goff
    4. Cousins
    5. Rodgers
    6. Rivers
    7. Brady
    8. Ryan
    9. Wentz
    10. Stafford

    You guys see THESE rankings?

    27. Kirk Cousins – Finds Ways to Lose Games

2018 Charting Data – Kirk Cousins was accurate on 47.1 percent of his throws to/past the first down line from behind the down-and-distance last year, the 30th-ranked quarterback in the league.

The cycle has begun again. Another season of Kirk Cousins sabotaging his very talented supporting cast has been followed by an offseason of propping up the Vikings starter and bringing in new pieces around him to try and figure out what went wrong. Gary Kubiak is a great coach who should help if he is given enough power, but a quarterback who doesn’t execute the design of plays and a quarterback who misses too many wide open big plays in favor of dropping his eyes or rushing to a checkdown is not going to help his team win games. He never has.
