The schedule gets a lot tougher after tonight. Really need to get 2 points.

“It’s about winning,” Stoudemire said. “You win, you’re going to get on national TV. Simple. In Phoenix, we won — Western Conference finals three, four years, playoffs every year. We won. If you don’t win, nobody really wants to see you.”

Better defensively but still some mind blowing mistakes. Andersen is typical October to mid November Andersen. Guy starts slow every year. They just score at will even without a potential 70 point player in Nylander. Just so many weapons. Rielly has been an animal so far this year too.

Yeah it sounds like they were good the first two periods and then lost control of the game in the third.

The offense is ridiculous. The top two lines feel like they are a threat to score very time they are on the ice.

Hopefully the Kadri line gets it going but it's hard when there hasn't been much stability thus far. The wingers keep changing.

Defensively, they will have to clean it up against the Caps.

I'm getting a Newfoundland Growlers game on my sports package tonight lol. Should I start another Marlies thread? If people follow it I'll do it again.

Matthews... wow. I think Lemieux, Bossy, a few others got to 10 this fast. What company to keep.

He's off to a great to start to say the least.

Good win tonight. Freddy was sharp. Overall, I thought the Leafs were the better team in the first and third.

Also love Dubas liking the Eller's tweet.

Hopefully he can play well and shut a lot of people up. Zero depth in the organization now. Steve Mason or Kari Lehtonen incoming?

Definitely fun to watch and to think they are still missing a 60 point dynamic forward in their lineup.
